North Germany, where the seeds of our gin project were first sown. In 2020, upon my arrival in Canada, I embarked on the creation of Matilda Sword Inc. The inspiration behind our company name stems from the formidable Princess of Canosa, Matilda, renowned for her unwavering strength and warrior spirit. Her legacy of resilience and determination serves as the cornerstone of our endeavor. In 2022, after years of meticulous planning and dedication, we reached a significant milestone by solidifying a partnership with one of Ontario's premier gin producers. It was imperative to us that our gin be crafted to the highest standards, ensuring unparalleled quality and refinement.

Fast forward to 2024, and we stand on the brink of introducing our meticulously crafted gins to the world. With our headquarters nestled in the heart of downtown Hamilton, we are poised to unveil four exceptional gin recipes, each promising an unforgettable journey of flavor and excitement.
